Steven has been part of the Concierge Home Services team for over 13 years. He started cleaning part time, coordinating his schedule around dropping off his kids and picking them up from school. As the company (and his children!) grew, his role expanded. He spent almost 10 years as Manager of Operations for our head office. His responsilbilities included meeting with clients, scheduling services, hiring and managing staff, and training. He recently shifted again to Franchise Support, where he brings his breadth of CHS experience to help our franchise partners. He wears many hats, such as training Ryan as he manages the day to day operations.
